What we look for
The path of these addresses (the part after the domain) holds capital letters.
Why it matters
Many servers treat /About and /about as two different addresses, so one page can be reachable at several, which splits links between them and can look like duplicate content.
How to fix
Use lowercase addresses in your CMS and in links. Where a capitalised address is already in use, send it to the lowercase one with a 301 redirect (a permanent forwarding rule).
Where you’ll see it
The id is stable, and every surface uses it, so it’s the thing to search for or hand to an agent.
